WORK 4.0 / NEW WORK WITH DEUTSCHE TELEKOM.
NEW WORK: The conversion of the Deutsche Telekom headquarters is a demonstration of a changed working environment. At the ADC 2017, this work was awarded gold, bronze and a distinction in various categories.
Using artistic space installations as part of work 4.0, a pleasant and emotional debate over telecommunications history was staged. Objectives of a technological history were artistically transformed and catapulted as intervening objects into the entire work environment. Further examples of work within the scope of work 4.0 can be found under NEW WORK or under the DETECON-CASE
Workshops as a basis and an important participatory tool.
From the dialogue with employees from all hierarchical levels, a common list of requirements for spatial design through interventions emerged.

Disruptive room installations and objects stimulate new vision, create motivation, signal appreciation and set signals, both inwards and outwards.

The unusual artistic interventions create visibility and PR stories externally.
Awards for design, architecture or reporting in multiregional specialist media also provide media coverage and publicity.
